"Always 10% cash back" is on the front page in capitals. The conditions are four screens into the bonus terms, and they change what the offer is.

The cashback is genuine. It carries no wagering requirement, which is rare and worth something. But it only becomes claimable once your balance has dropped below £10, every deposit you have made has been lost, and there is no withdrawal pending.

Read that again, because it reframes the product. This is not 10% back on your losses, paid as you go. It is a 10% rebate that unlocks only after you have lost essentially everything in the account. Which is still better than nothing, and is nothing like what the banner implies.

The welcome offer is better than it looks
